5. Orders and Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled before billing or dispatch confirmation.
  • Special-order or custom-procured items may not be cancellable after confirmation.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for operational, compliance, or stock reasons.

6. Return, Replacement, and Refund

  • Wrong-item or manufacturing-defect claims should be raised within 7 days with valid invoice.
  • Non-returnable items include cut wires/cables, used products, damaged-by-misuse items, and special orders.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days via original payment mode or mutually agreed mode.

7. Warranty Terms

Manufacturer warranty, where applicable, is governed by the warranty terms of the respective brand. We may assist in coordination but final warranty decisions are subject to manufacturer policies.

8. Delivery and Pickup

  • Same-day delivery is available only for in-stock items and serviceable areas.
  • Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to traffic, weather, and operational constraints.
  • Customers may be requested to collect goods directly from the store for urgent or bulk requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from website use, delayed delivery, stock unavailability, or third-party service issues.

Our total liability, where legally applicable, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant transaction.
